The Huntington Museum of Art will be closed to the public for Thanksgiving.



November Tuesday Tour | November 28, 2017, at 7 p.m.

Please join us for the November Tuesday Tour on November 28, 2017, at 7 p.m. for a closer look at the exhibit titled "Domestic Delight: British Silver, Portraits and Decorative Arts." The event will include short excerpts read from J.K. Rowling's "Harry Potter" books and performances from 4th Avenue Arts. Refreshments will be served. This is a Macy's Free Tuesday event and part of the 4th Tuesday Tour Series at HMA.



Camden Park Presents Holiday Open House | December 3, 2017, 1 to 4 p.m.

"Camden Park Presents Holiday Open House" at HMA on Sunday, December 3, 2017, from 1 to 4 p.m. Join us for entertainment, children's art activities, shopping, refreshments and a visit from Santa. Check out "Camden Park Presents Art on a Limb," which is an exhibit of artist-decorated trees throughout the Museum. Admission to "Camden Park Presents Holiday Open House" is free but visitors are encouraged to bring nonperishable food for the Facing Hunger Foodbank and warm clothes for the Cridlin Food & Clothing Pantry. Christmas Eve Hours | December 24, 2017, from noon to 3 p.m.

The Huntington Museum of Art will be open on Christmas Eve for shopping in The Museum Shop only from noon to 3 p.m.

2018 Museum Ball | February 17, 2018

The Ocean Fantasy Museum Ball Presented by Cabell Huntington Hospital will take place on Saturday, February 17, 2018, from 6 p.m. until midnight. This is a major fundraiser for the Huntington Museum of Art. To purchase tickets, contact HMA Development Officer Tess Moore at (304) 529-2701. Artstream Nomadic Gallery | March 9, 10 and 11, 2018

The Artstream Nomadic Gallery is a traveling exhibition space housed in a restored 1967 Airstream trailer. Artwork by various ceramic artists in the Artstream is for sale. The Artstream Nomadic Gallery will visit the Huntington Museum of Art on March 9, 2018, and Pullman Square in downtown Huntington on March 10 and 11, 2018. The Artstream Nomadic Gallery strives to place contemporary studio pottery into the hands and homes of the public, and has made stops in more than 300 locations across the country from New York City to Los Angeles, Houston to Minneapolis. The Artstream Nomadic Gallery has been putting contemporary studio pottery on the street for years. Based in Carbondale, CO, and founded in 2002 by past Walter Gropius Master Artist, Alleghany Meadows, the Artstream has exhibited work by more than 125 national, international, and emerging ceramic artists. An exhibition featuring 26 artists, 13 of whom are past visiting artists at the museum, will be on display at the Huntington Museum of Art from February 24, 2018, through May 20, 2018.  



Public Presentation | March 9, 2018, at 7 p.m.

Ceramic artist Andy Brayman will speak at HMA about his work on March 9, 2018, at 7 p.m. Admission to this Walter Gropius Master Artist Public Presentation is free.
