The Art of Bookmaking
This five-session class will provide an introduction to the art of bookmaking. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about various techniques through discussions, demonstrations and hands-on application. Different aspects of bookmaking will be covered including stitching and non-stitching methods, creating personalized covers, and collage methods, Participants will be able to create their own books including small pamphlet style books and Coptic-stitched journals. All materials provided. Participants may bring their own paper or collage materials.
